Yes, currently our product still requires refrigeration before and after opening. We’re currently working on a shelf stable version that hopefully won’t require refrigeration before opening.
We use no binders and chemicals in our kaya jams, so separation may occur. When this happens, just shake your jars and they will go back to their normal state.
