Pot De Creme

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs or 3 medium eggs
- 3/4 cup of Moon Man kaya jam of your choice
- half pint whipping cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
Optional:
- Any other toppings you want.
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325° F.
- Separate all the egg yolks, and beat them thoroughly.
- Mix it with the MOON MAN kaya jam of your choice.
- Pour it into a glass container, and place them carefully into a bain-marie (a pan with hot water around it).
- Bake for 45 minutes in the bain-marie.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes in the hot water, then move it to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hrs (overnight is better.)
- Make some whipped cream by combining the whipping cream with the sugar, and whipped it until it holds its form.
- Serve the pot de creme with whipped cream and any extra topping of your choice.
